bluesky breathers (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides breathwork services, classes, events, workshops, retreats, and related digital content (“Services”). By booking, attending, or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.​

 

1. Health Disclaimer

Breathwork is powerful but it’s not suitable for everyone. It can bring up intense physical and emotional responses. At bluesky breathers, your safety is our priority.

Please consult your doctor before participating if you currently have, or have ever had, any of the following:

• Pregnancy

• Detached retina or glaucoma

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Cardiovascular disease (e.g. angina, previous heart attack, stroke)

• Diagnosis of aneurysm (brain or abdomen)

• Uncontrolled thyroid conditions or diabetes

• Epilepsy

• Asthma (inhaler required)

• Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions

• Hospitalisation for psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years

• Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical condition that could impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release

2. Waiver of Liability

• Breathwork sessions are not medical advice and are not a substitute for treatment by your healthcare provider.

• By participating, you take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

• You acknowledge participation is at your own risk.

• You release and discharge bluesky breathers, its facilitators, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising from your participation, including but not limited to injury, psychological effects, loss, or property damage.

• Participation does not create a doctor–patient or therapeutic relationship.

 

3. Use of Website and Services

• By accessing our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

• We may update, suspend, or discontinue the website or Services at any time.

• We are not liable for any loss or harm caused by your use of the site or Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

 

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and in our Services (including logos, text, graphics, and materials) is owned by or licensed to bluesky breathers.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are accepted via secure third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Square, bank transfer, or cash).

• Additional service fees charged by third-party providers are the responsibility of the customer.

• Corporate or private bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date, with the balance due 7 days prior.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

 

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1:1 Sessions

​

• Cancel at least 24 hours before: no charge.

• Cancel within 24 hours or no-show: session is forfeited.
   

Events & Workshops

​

• Cancel at least 24 hours before: credit applied to your account.

• Cancel within 24 hours: ticket is forfeited.

• If we cancel or reschedule: you will be offered a refund, reschedule, or class credit.

• Eventbrite or third-party fees: If you purchased through Eventbrite or another third-party provider, please note that booking fees are non-refundable.

• Ticket transfers: Tickets are transferable up to 72 hours prior to the event. To transfer, email us with the new ticket holder’s full name and email, copy them into the email, and include the event name and date. The new ticket holder must complete any required registration form, waiver, or details prior to being accepted.
   

Corporate Sessions & Private Bookings

• Cancellations more than 7 days before: 50% deposit is forfeited.

• Cancellations within 7 days of session: full amount is forfeited.
   

Exceptions

​

• In case of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, contact us immediately. We may, at our discretion, offer alternatives.

 

8. Accuracy of Information

​

• Our website and Services are provided for general informational purposes.

• While we aim for accuracy, we make no guarantee about the completeness, reliability, or availability of information.

 

9. Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

 

10. Agreement

By booking, accessing, or participating in bluesky breathers Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
