bluesky breathers : Disclaimer, Waiver & Terms IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE PARTICIPATING Breathwork is powerful but it’s not suitable for everyone. It can bring up intense physical and emotional responses. At bluesky breathers, your safety is our priority. Please consult your doctor before participating if you currently have, or have ever had, any of the following : • Pregnancy • Detached retina or glaucoma • Uncontrolled high blood pressure • Cardiovascular issues (e.g. angina, stroke, heart attack) • Diagnosed brain or abdominal aneurysm • Epilepsy or severe asthma (inhaler required) • Psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or recent trauma • Hospitalisation for a mental or emotional crisis within the past 10 years • Any other condition (medical, psychiatric, or physical) that could affect your ability to safely participate This list is not exhaustive. If you’re unsure, we strongly recommend getting clearance from a medical professional before starting breathwork. ⸻ By booking a session with bluesky breathers, you acknowledge and agree that : • Breathwork is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment • You are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing • No specific outcomes, experiences, or results are guaranteed • Your participation does not establish a client–therapist, clinical, or medical relationship • You release bluesky breathers, its facilitators, collaborators, and affiliates from any liability for injury, emotional distress, or damages resulting from your participation ⸻ Payment & Cancellation Policy Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Any fees from third-party payment providers are the client’s responsibility. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, will incur the full session fee. If you’re unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Should bluesky breathers need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or reschedule. ⸻ By booking, you accept all terms above.
